This resource, published by the DHS Division of Disability Services, is intended to be a comprehensive resource identifying programs and services for individuals with disabilities, their families, caregivers, and advocates. The publication provides access to up-to-date information that individuals with disabilities, along with their families, can use to help them thrive in their physical, professional and recreational lives.
