School Delays or School Closings reported by the media always reflect the times for the SENDING DISTRICT (UT).
If school is closed or the starting time is delayed, most often it will be to give road or maintenance crews extra time to prepare roads, sidewalks and buses for safe travel.
If conditions are so bad that school has to be cancelled or delayed for the UTMS, UTES and UTPS, then they are also unsafe for buses to travel to all other schools and programs.
